Switch Equine Pour-On Solution

Switch Equine is a specially formulated pour-on liquid designed to assist in the control of Sweet Itch in horses and donkeys. This clear solution contains 4% permethrin (a synthetic pyrethroid with a cis:trans ratio of 80:20), specifically tailored for external use only.

Administration: Switch is a ready-to-use solution that should be applied at a rate of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight, with a maximum dose of 40 ml. The dosage is tailored according to the animal's body weight, with guidelines provided for animals up to and exceeding 300 kg.

Directions for Use:

• Apply using the calibrated dispensing chamber included in the applicator bottle.
• Distribute the measured dose approximately evenly between the mane and rump, avoiding the saddle area and ensuring the product does not come into contact with the eyes or be applied forward of the ears.
• Treatment should commence at the start of the Sweet Itch season and be repeated as necessary, with once-weekly treatments typically sufficing.
• If grooming is to be performed, apply Switch post-grooming.
• This product is not intended for use in food-producing animals.
